From start to finish a great experience. We dropped in to browse and had a few questions. No hard sell, just great informative discussion which helped us make up our mind and place an order a few days later. It can be a concern to purchase online, but from the moment I spoke to Jemma, I had no worries about proceeding with the transaction, We are delighted with our Kettler furniture, which arrived exactly as promised both in terms of timescale and delivery service.
