Shipping Issues and Delays

Dear Valued Customer,

You may already be aware of the global shipping issues that are affecting industries such as ours significantly this year. We would like to reassure you all that, despite these ongoing problems, we are working behind the scenes 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to keep you happy and get as many orders as we can as soon as we receive them. The main thing is that we are receiving stock regularly, so things are moving along.

We have taken the difficult decision to close our phone lines for the first time in 24 years given the high volume of calls we have been receiving. This does not mean that we are not here to help, so please do email us with a contact number if you are a new customer, or with your order number if you are an existing customer, for an answer to your query.

Put simply, there are widespread import and export delays across the globe, and while the high demands for home improvement products such as garden and conservatory furniture are fantastic to see, they are significantly outweighing the limited supply we face.

We do what we do because we love to see our customers spending time in their homes/gardens with loved ones, on the furniture they have chosen from us. When we cannot provide the efficient service we pride ourselves on, or when we cannot get the furniture to a customer in the time we had estimated, we do not take it lightly. Customer service is valued more than anything at our company, and we always strive to maintain our reputation.

Though the odds are stacked against us this year, please know we are doing our upmost to keep our customers happy.


We sincerely apologise that we are not sending our regular updates to you. We are not receiving them from our suppliers, and thus we do not wish to send out false information which may cause confusion. As soon as we are informed of a stock arrival, we will inform you via text or email.

If you have an existing order with us, and would like a personal update, please email us on (again, with your order number), and we will provide you with the best information we have. This information may be vague, or it may be more specific; the main thing is that it will be honest and realistic.
