The great thing about the FORCE™ is the amount of control it gives you. You are given the control of up to 23.1MJ of power, and the options are endless. With its variable flame control and the 2 independently controlled burners, you can really get into your cooking by alternating between high temperature, fast cooking and low temperature, slow cooking. There is a temperature gauge in the centre of the lid, and the temperature control knobs are highly sensitive, and designed with rotary ignition. Cook with the hood up or down. The body is constructed of aluminium (which does not rust) and is a great conductor of heat. Thus, you have the ability to cook at a low temperature while the hood encapsulates the heat within.

The grill plates are interchangeable and the tapered legs, which are designed for stability, can also be removed for portability. The shape of the hood and its height allows for a convection oven, which aids your cooking greatly.
